Yes, I can't believe that anyone just sits and waits for the phone to ring. If you have enough business without cold calling, more power to you. I don't.
And when I am busy, closing loans, and find my time on the phone is less and less, my pipeline starts shrinking and I freak. You also have to be consistant with your cold calling. |
