Hey guys and Gals,
I am about to send out an email introduction of myself to some propects.
Anyone have a good write up I can modify and use. Any help is mightily appreciated!
I am writing to prospects that have been reffered by my realtor and this would be my 1st time writing to them. Anyone have something they have used before that ahs worked?

Hello John/Jane,
I called and left you a message at 3:00 pm today. (note the email should go out AFTER the call).
Your Realtor asked me to call on you becuase she knows that I deliver what I promise and she undoubtedly wants to ensure that you have the benefit of my serivces.

"Hello, this is _______ calling from the mortgage company. Please call me back at 555-1212".
That's gotten a ton of call backs for me.
Email:
"Hello Mr/Mrs Poopface, have you acquired mortgage financing yet?"
That's gotten the best email response out of every elaborate, well thought out email that i've ever come up with. |
