| amtrust 90%. i am doing one right now. You have to order your own MI on the deal and PMI is the only one that will give MI on 90% up until 4/15 when guideline changes. If you are in a declining area, max will be 85% instead of 90%. Its under the portfolio fixed program. Let me know if you found any other lenders also. |
