Looking into running FNMA I/O Fixed to Adj Rate ARMs thru DU:
Does FNMA Stip these about the same as 30FRFT?
Any issues with delivery vs Fixed Rate/Fixed Term Loans?
Assuming they come back AE and all DU stips met, delivered same as FRFT, correct?

Any other concerns/issues running ARMs thru DU?
