Hi,
Any direction on this question would be appreciated. I am currenlty not FHA licensed but thinking of applying. I was informed by someone that if you are FHA licensed as a Broker you can not have a real estate division in the same office, can someone please shed some light on this topic...thanks. |

| Read the FHA approval guidlines ... they are very clear. An FHA-approved broker cannot be in an other related business. I think real estate sales is a related business ... agree? |
