My customers are relocating from Merrick NY to Wisconsin....the home in NY does NoT have a contract on it at this time...home is currently listed at 439,000...L/A would be 307,000
Anybody? |

mike... why did you get upset at my reply to your post? todd, one of my account managers, says you called and seemed upset at my previous simple post about the ltv on this thread.... (sorry i missed your call) ....75% ltv on a bridge loan - especially in today's market.... isn't an easy (or in my opinion 'doable') task.... i wasn't being critical....

alright... now that mike and i have gotten to the bottom of what he wants and what i THOUGHT he wanted.... i will retract my initial comment.... i was thinking along the lines of commercial financing.... sort of apples to oranges.....
