| We have several private investors that go to 50% LTV on land loans. Does he have additional CA property that he can cross to get a higher LTV? |

We can go 50-50% on 1st for a purchase. Would the seller carry second? Contact to discuss. No bank games no red tape. 9-13% 2 year term. No prepay.

On a strong transaction like this we would consider the deal even though it is less than 1MM. |
