| Has anyone on here ever worked with these folks or know anything about them? They are offering base plus tiered commission structure. I get a straight 45% commission now with no base and no benefits. While I must say the flexibility they allow is wonderful considering I have two very young children, I suppose that won't mean much if I can't pay our mortgage. We cannot do FHA where I am now. I guess HSBC does mostly refis working from their existing customer base. Do you really think that can be lucrative? |
