Trailer Park in PA need $680,000 worth 1.2 million.
50% LTV 780 Fico - trailer park fully rented 63 home sites, not desperate for money.
Any takers? Don't want short term or hard money

Paul... where did you come up with the valuation of $1.2? MAI appraisal?
