I dont know if this is considered an advertisement if so feel free to remove it. I just switched jobs I was a loan officer and know I am selling houses with out a real estate license because the owner of my company owns these houses. But this could make all of us more money. If you have someone looking to buy a house anywere in Long Island I will give you $5,000 cash after the closing. I will put this in writing and sign it and no there is not a gimmic. You refer someone to me they buy my house, you get $5,000.

You still need a real estate license to sell his homes. A real estate license wouldn't be needed if he was selling the homes on his own. Considering you're trying to sell the homes for him you are practicing real estate without a license.

So you're promoting real estate for sale without a real estate license and are offering a kickback?
