Who's had good experience with what lead sources? While I'm getting some good referrals, I still need to buy leads to get to 4-5 units a month.
My best experience so far has been with internet leads, but the weird thing I notice there is the drastically varying quality and lead flow. Some weeks I'll get nothing and others I'll get more than I can handle. Usually when it's more than I can handle, though, the quality of the lead goes down.
Worst experience, hands down, has been LeadMovers. I was billed for 25 leads, got 13 and then never heard from the company again. Of those 13, some were definitely dubious. I have not had much success with telemarketed leads, but LeadMovers definitely closed the door forever on that avenue. |
