497K Loan Amount
Full Doc
Verified Assets
Second Home, Not an Investment Home
79% LTV
Mid Fico 740
Rate/Term REFI
Looking for a 10/1 PI or 30 year fixed
Home located in Pomona, Los Angeles County, CA
Total CLTV is 89%, but subordinating the second from bofa. the subordination already has been approved through bofa.
I had this loan with two lenders already, but did not qualify because per guidlines max CLTV is 90% for a second home, but they took away 5% for declining market and makes max CLTV 85%. I need to find a lender who is able to do this loan at 89% cltv and with the specs above. I have a full complete package ready. It is a full doc loan with tax returns. Client is a Doctor.
Also client has been run through DU and received approved/ineligable do to loan size. I am not sure if fannie has been updated for high cost areas.
