Need SIVA refi on N/O/O, 1 month title seasoning, $15k cash reserves, wants to cash-out to recapture money spent on rehab. Middle FICO 720+
No problem finding great rates on SIVA refi, having problem finding cash-out past 70% and short seasoning.
Any other scenarios that could work? Any stated 2nds or HELOCS for N/O/O? |

Any cash-out SIVA refi to 70% programs that don't have title seasoning requirements?
