YUP still have SISA and SIVA for now get them in quickly while they are still around. MI companies are tighening there guidelines on them and that will effect any SISA/SIVA above 80% real soon... So I have been told.
E-mail me for more details.

We do , the problem is obtaining MI for the LTV's over 80%, the only way we can close Stated deals with LTV's over 80% is if they are DU/DO approved, then MI companies will issue MI.ASnother twist is most investors are shying away from the wage earner stated stuff and looking for just S/E

Looking to Place this before there are More Changes:

Refi
Ca Prop, O/O
SFR 1 Unit
Santa Clarita, CA(assuming the State of CA is a declining market)
FICO 720
LTV 90%
Loan $765K
SIVA
C/Out $25K
Reseves

* Borrower simply wants to lower rate, pay down debt. Has a 1st and 2nd. Would prefer (1)loan. Self Employed.
