| In commercial lending there is no such thing as a direct lender unless you are a hedge fund or a bank. I highly doubt you have 8100 lending sources at your disposal. It also sounds like your abilities to get loans closed are highly exaggerated. |

Uh oh...I have a feeling Steve gonna be laying the smack down in a little bit!!!
Also, Jose just because you fund in your name does not mean you are the lender. In commercial unless you are a hedge fund, PE firm or the bank you are the lender. Maybe you guys are direct, but to say you are the lender is not true.
Also, you firm http://www.clcnationwide.com/ (I'm guessing this is you) clearly states "Commercial Lending Capital is a direct partner with the country's leading investors."

Jose,
Just an F.Y.I. - by coming on here and bashing members that have been on here for more than your 9 posts is probably not going to get you a lot of business.
Also, since you are clearly the smartest person on BO you probably know there are borrowers that come here as well. So, I'm sure they will be ready to do a ton of business with you and CLC.
Lastly, for those brokers that want to do biz with this "direct" company, be careful. They will call your borrowers without your approval or contact them if you take a deal elsewhere for better rates and terms. I know because it happened to me with a deal of mine a while back. Luckily, I had a great relationship with my client.
Best of luck to you Jose |
