Can anyone loan to a Canadian Borrower. No US Credit. Excellent Canadian Credit. Looking to buy:
1. 182 Apartment Complex, Phoenix, Arizona $9.5M 8.74% CAP
2. 128 Apartment Complex, Phoenix, Arizona $5.9M 9.17% Cap
Would like to put 10% down. Could do 20% if needed. 15 Years experience. $20M owned in Canada Apartments now. |

If you can't find conventional US financing for them, I can lend 65% on apartment complexes hard money. Feel free to contact me with any questions.

They said they will keep buying in Canada if they can't get the 80-90% LTV here in the States.
I am thinking that a lot of Canadians are looking to the States for investments right now and that this could be a great niche if I can find a good source. I have the commercial deals they want, I just need to find the money source.
