Will you offer 90% financing for a Restaurant? The real estate alone is worth the money, not to mention the restaurant does a boat load of business. 1.5mm purchase price. 700+ fico tons of assets, Also if you do not offer 80-90% can you tell me who might? That would be a nice gesture, Also send me some highlights and info.
