score of a 535

Ok heres the deal I have a middle credit score of a 535 with 10,000.00 down.I recently just paid off a reposession and also have a mortgage that is in good standing.I also have 3 or 4 little things that needs to be paid off and willing to pay them but no one seems to want to finance with a low score.I have tried everything!

try credit repair. some lenders may still do FHA with that score

Lisa,

I assume based on your loose knowledge you are on here as a "home buyer/client" not an actual mortgage agent yourself?
