| I have a Complete Package ready To go. FHA 240k loan amout rate & term refi. I can not get it done with any of my lenders I have . If someone can do it I will pass it off. It is a GA loan and the Borrowers are begging me to get it done. I have complete Package. There score dropped from 580 to 498 in a month. Yes, I can get these done.
You will only get a .25pt referral fee on the deals. If this works, email me and I'll put you in contact with the bank that's doing them.
