| Clarence, we are Corr with Chase (we fund and everything is in our name), can you explain what a DE underwriter is and how it would help our turn times? |

We're moving lightning fast right now on FHA. If you know what you're doing and I get a good clean (complete) file, I can have them out the same week to docs.
We are fully delegated, non-supervised and aggressively priced. We do not, however, manually underwrite. I've been telling my brokers to send me the clean stuff and TBW the manual stuff because of slower turn times over there.

We offer FHA/VA and with a clean properly packaged file are looking at 48hr turn times for underwrite. We do not do manual underwrites however. Getting you approved with me is as easy as a broker apcakge and you 1st submission.
Just another option for you. |

We are Assurity Financial Services with Corp located in CO. Our specialty is FHA with no min fico requirements and manual UW for your more difficult files. We lend in all states you have listed and we also lend on mfg housing under HUD. We offer excellent customer service and all conforming products.
