I have a client with 761 credit score, he has been a practicing physician for 22 years and just opened his own practice 7/06. The property is on 89 acres of farm land and value is approx. 800k. Fter business losses, AGI on last 2 tax returns is not high enough for a full doc loan - I believe I would need to use bank statments. The LTV is approx 55%.

Any suggestions?
