I am looking for referrals from LO's who have recently closed a Hard Money deal with a Hard Money Lender that will do business in Texas. Client has 35-40% down for purchase. Not in declining market, solid property and area.

Any Direct Hard Money Lenders with competitive offerings in TX are welcome to reply/email as well.
