Anyone have the current pricing cost for a 30 day lock at 5.375 no other hits for TBW?
I am in the process of getting signed up with them and don't have the ratesheets setup yet.

| I'm assuming 30yr Fixed- 99.042. Pricing got worse for everyone today. 100.588 for 15yr |

| Their rates for TX haven't impressed me. Others say they have some of the best, but apparently not in Texas. |
