We don't look at today's market as challenged but as an opportunistic emerging market for those with new ideas that are flexible enough to change with the times (regulations).
If your branch is producing $5 million or more per month in this market, think of where it can go if affiliated as a branch office that has a broad range of loan products including FHA as well as great branding and name recognition. You can bank or broker your loans.
