[b]Need to know who will do the following senerio
Purchase price $1,035,000
either a 1s loan at 80%LTV and a 2nd loan @ 4.9%cltv (combo) OR ALL one loan at 84% LTV
OR ANY COMBO That Equals that
Single Family
INTEREST only
fico is 711
Purchase
backend ratio approx 45 -50 full doc or can go stated if anyone does that
state California
can not go fha, they will not allow that high of dollar amount
HELP!!! |

how were you thinking of geting 4.9 % on the first ?
try us bank but the rate is not going to be 4.9 on the first , |

not 4.9% as in a rate a 4.9 % 2nd as in cltv or ALL one loan at 84%cltv (so 1st 80% 2nd 4+% or one loan 84%)quote:

is it sfr or multi unit ?
check your fha guidlines i now some parts of calli are now high 700's fha on sfr
otherwise i would check out us bank , citi bank , or chase wholesale to fund the 84% loan, and your going to have to go stated with those ratios
