Is anyone out there still doing a sisa loan for a second home 691 midscore at 85% - 90%ltv? Or how about 698 midscore, owner occ, 85% - 90%ltv? If you know of a lender still doing these types of loans send me an email.

We can do a 2nd home SISA to 85% LTV, but you will have to sign an occupancy affidavit and sometime after the loan funds a representative will go to the property to ensure it is being used as a 2nd home and a rental. If it's being used as a rental or is flipped, you will be forced to buy back the loan.
