75% LTV, R & T Refi, NOOcc, SFR, 725 fico, SIVA(Stated S/E-L.O., 18mos of PITI for all properties in liquid reserves), 326k L/A, CA Prop, No Lates, borrower owns 5 properties. Please contact me, I am looking for either a 30yr, 40yr fixed or a 5yr arm, which ever one prices out better. I would like to get 1.5-2.0% YSP on this one if possible, since I am not charging anything on the front end.. This is a very much of a make sense deal, I have a full file ready to go, just need a lender that can close this, please let me know, thanks,
Dan K. |

| I checked around the mantix quote very good! But bro, if you can sell that loan with 2 in the back you deserve access to pricing. |

I am having a difficulty with this loan due to the fact that the borrower is a LO, every U/W seems to be referring to salary.com, which states that an avg. income for a LO is around $4k, the fact that the borrower has 1.5 years of his stated income in liquid reserves doesn't seem to be enough... If anyone has any ideas, about this one, that would be greatly appreciated, thanks, Dan K. |
