| So I just joined Envision Lending and was wondering if anyone else on this forum is with ELG also. If so how has your experience been with them so far. They seem to have everything in order so that you can focus on originating. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. |

Be aware that they require a handwrittien letter from borrower(s) on all stated income files and a MERS print out of all mortgages in borrow's name on all loans (e-mail corporate to order for you PTF). Get a copy of the stacking order and docs required in their file and you will be smooth sailing. Make sure you set up the direct deposit ASAP for payroll so you don't have to wait additional 24 hours for check to be sent by Fedex (10 days to set up). |
