So, I've been doing loans for the end buyers in double escrow situations. WAMU will do them, but with the new max 95% LTV for MI coverage, WAMU will only do loans to 90% in a soft market.
We need 95%.
720 plus fico, reserves, full doc; strong buyers, O/O
do you know of any other lenders that will do a loan for the end buyer of a double escrow?
FYI: Double escrow is where the seller of the property is in the process of buying, so there are two separate escrows happening simultaneously. Seller is typically not on title until a week before the end buyer closes. http://www.simple-mans-guide-to-real-estate.com/double.html
