Maryland deal
Can anyone do stated, self-employed with less than 2 years as self-employed.

this is on an investment property with less about 6 months on title. Need to use new appraised value as this was a complete renovation. Looking for rate/term or cash out option.

Where in Maryland. Are you looking for Hard Money Lending or Conforming.

It's in Baltimore, and would be conforming. Guy has a 746 score.

We are hard money lender that can do MD/VA/DC and FL. If you run to something that needs Private lender, please give us a call. Thank you
