Looking for the best option for a non owner occupied property to get the best balance between rate and LTV. Borrower wants out of the arm and into a fixed rate but probably owes more than it is worth so will still need high ltv. Will bring in cash to make it work but I want to find him the best option. Can do 90% R/T or Purchase (SIVA/NOO/1 unit) with a 700 score. Call me for details.
