we can do stated retired as long as he is not only collecting social security he has to be collecting from an actual retirement thanks let me know if i can help you you also can go to www.fgflend.com the product is going to be the custom conforming product thanks |

We can do 30-Year Fixed w/ I/O:
8.10% (0.50% YSP), 8.20% (1.0% YSP)

best we can do is 7.625 30yr fixed no i/o but it will cost an .125 to get that let me know if this helps thanks
