Anyone still doing stated retired on an OO 3 unit to get out of an Option ARM?

They may not have a choice, but I think they want a traditional mortgage.

we can do stated retired as long as he is not only collecting
social security
he has to be collecting from an actual retirement

We can do 30-Year Fixed w/ I/O:

8.10% (0.50% YSP), 8.20% (1.0% YSP)

Please let me know if that works for your client.

best we can do
is 7.625 30yr fixed no i/o
but it will cost an .125 to get that
