80% ltv
$560k loan amount
$700k purchase price
has 2-4 months piti
691 fico
owns SFR currently but it is on very busy street plus may be going through a divorce and will move into the property with daughter (WILL ACTUALLY MOVE IN)

FHA will require full doc- what do the tax returns show for income? You can use 85% of the rental on the other 2 units.
