I have a condo that I need to do an article of agreement on b/c side. The dad is selling his son 1 of the 4 condos. I have 12 months canceled checks from july 06 to july 07 i don't have any from july 07 till now because the dad and son were in court fighting over the property. (THIS IS JUST TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT)
