| I have a solid FHA deal with 511 mid scores and the only thing kicking it out of DU is a bk from like 4 years ago with good re-established credit... anybody know of an investor that will underwrite other than taylor bean, i cant afford to wait 3 months for an approval |

There are a lot of threads on here, check the other ones. From what I have seen, a lot of lenders are going to 580. I would submit it to TBW if I were you. Depending on the area you are in, I have heard turn times on refi's are going down to 2-3 weeks. My area is in that range. Purchases even less.

| first guarantee mortgage corp will do it but if they have lates after BK i dont think anyone will take it. |

FHA Program available in AZ, CA, NV, NM, & UT with us. No min score for manual FHA underwrites. Thanks!
