I have an end loan that I need to do for my customers. It is an approved/eligible loan. Appraised for 680,000, loan size 417,000. Appraisal was killed at Chase B/C. Any ideas as to where to send this? The acreage and loan size is stopping me. I have submitted to Flagstar, but I know that they will kill the appraisal too. That is what they are good at!
Any help would be greatly appreciated! |

| Have you tried River Funding out of West Salem, WI?? They have a program called Mississippi that it may be eligible for. If you need there information let me know and I will send it to you. |

I think Flag would take it if your appraised value is based on the house and 10 or 15 of the acres...check with your rep to make sure |
