I have a loan scenario for you,, let me know if you can do this one I need UW right away,, it just fell out of chase, looks like their shutting down Sub Prime

Refi ( Construction to Perm )
Cash out or No Cash Out - 100K ( to reimburse expenses for construction costs paid by borrower, we have reciepts ) 800K value 500L Loan amount 65% LTV 550 Fico Full Doc
Please let me know if you have a product that will allow this

| equifirst, wilmington accredited is still up and running, also you can try fha, and if none of that works try hard money, or a local credit union in their area that lend their own money, if that fails, then i would just put your head between your legs and kiss your ass gododbye, happy huntings! |
