| I know on their retail side it is a 50%LTV for Stated deals. So I would assume no on the wholesale side. |

Not sure but here is pricing on our Jumbo 3-Year Fixed Hybrid to $750,000, SIVA:
6.90% (PAR), 7.40% (1.0% YSP), 7.65% (2.0% YSP)
This loan also has the option of fixing the rate for the life of the loan at any time from the end of the 3rd year to the 7th for a one time $200 fee.
Please let me know if this works for your client.
