I have a flex 100% purchase approved with Citi (only took 8 days to underwrite). Genworth still has MI for 100% LTV. Searched over there website but couldnt find any announcements of scaling back to 97%, like other companies. Does anyone have any inside knowledge of any upcoming changes with Genworth?

Not in declining or distressed market.
