Hey folks, I'm hiring and implementing an information based cold call program at my new brokerage. As in no hard sell, just informing them of the new FHA limits and asking if they were satisfied with their last mortgage transaction.
I have I have no experience hiring telemarketers so I was looking to see if any of you folks had a compenation structure that you would be willing to share?
I've accumulated scripts from various sources. If you have any favorite scripts, please share those as well. I can be reached at db@mortgagewrangler.com if you need to keep it on the down low. Thanks for your help!

No less than $8/hr with production bonus incentives.
Obviously the lower the per hour the better the bonus structure. If somone can't make at least $500/wk working for you and they are good, you will not have them very long. |

| if experienced on calling mortgage leads go with 10-12 $ hr. plus commisions...between 100-500 per funding depending on the loan amount, points, etc. if you get a GOOD telemarketer that knows what there doing I suggest showing your appreciation in order to keep them, however that may be |
