know of anyone would make the exception?:
SIVA
conforming
SFR
owner occ
here's the glitch: left the corporate world last year. They have assets, well performing investment real estate (less than 2 years), just no J O B.
they've been investing assets since last year. no cpa letter. no self employment. not gonna lie. might be willing to get another job as a last resort just wants to see if it can be done without.
his balloon is due in june...
