I had 16 trailer trash, er...manufactured home loans approved - now they are denied
any lenders here doing mobile home or manufactured? |

| TBW and GMAC do MH via FHA. CW doesn't do MH anymore (at least on the correspondent side) |

| FHA/VA should allow for manufactured...I would check with individual lenders. |
