All your client needs are 3+ years in business w/ a tax ID number and a 650 FICO w/ 0x30 in the past 3 years on his trade lines. I only charge a 3% fee where others charge 8-10% We also do other types of commercial deals.

Do you need financials for 3 years as well or is this stated?

3 years financials. the banks are no longer funding these stated. over $25k.
