It's a decent scenario (full-doc, 65 LTV, 280K loan, 528 fico)), but they're more than 5 months late, and I'm afraid that FHA u/w won't deem it catastrophic enough to be acceptable, as there wasn't substantial unemployment in the area.
Any suggestions, lenders, etc? Thanks.

Direct portfolio lender This loan scenario looks doable if you would like pricing just email me and I will respond promptly with an answer ,doesn't hurt to shop around a little bit
