FOR A FACT if this is going away 4/1? if so, does this mean anything not locked, or anything not funded by that date?

It was mentioned by an AE that in April it's supposed to go away-

anyhow I just got clarification from quickdown that it's not going. They are supposed to be sending me a copy of the ruling.

Reason I ask is that I just picked up a purchase that needs it.

Hi Randy, I am a wholesale rep for Assurity Financial Services and we do lend on Mfg housing if it meets HUD requirements and will accept DPA. We do not have a min Fico and we will manual underwrite. We lend in WA. Email me if you would like more detail and rates.
