Can anyone help me with the above mentioned Quality control plan?

I know there was some discussion a few weeks ago about this and MortgageMadnessI was e-mailing his copy to other I would appreciated anyone who has a good Quality Control plan in place if they could e-mail me a copy, IT WOUDL BE GREATLY APPRICIATED!!

They have one you can download and customize
