Looking for hardmoney residential in new jersey

cashout of 65k
60 behind due to refi fallout
and refi was taking cashout to due a renovation to house
all payments to builder have been made which caused client to be unable to pay mortgage as refi fell thru which was to cover builders cost.

has apprasial from middle of feb
borrower will take less cashout to get deal done
