I have been having problems finding a bank that does non owner loans. Fico is 731, and the client is stated, self employed.
Purchase price is $450,000..
Client coming in with 15% down $67,500...Loan amount is $382,500..
Clean credit, does anyone know of a bank that can do this???? |

| You can go to 90 full doc, 85 in a declining market. |
