I need 100% financing in san diego area 680 fico full doc o/o purchase.DTI 45% @6.89%
370,000 loan amount if anyone has any ideas I have 4 deals just like this ready to close this month I have A 5% SELLERS GIFT I WILL NEED 95%
655 fico full doc 300,000 loan amount needs 100%ltv
630 fico full doc 325,000 loan amount needs 100%ltv

Nehemiah will do a down payment assistance then the seller pays them back in escrow.
It can be done with FHA and My Community.
