Kind of like the guy that posted about 6m cash out to 80% that said he already had it approved but wanted to see if anyone else had it.

At that LTV, a private investor would bite. But I am thinking he did not get a 7% rate with no fees

I recieved a lead yesterday.
Borrower wants a NoDoc Home Equity Line of Credit. He wants to buy a new house and doesnt want to be forced to sell his current house in this bad market for sellers.
He knows its out there and doesnt want to speak to anyone unless they can offer it.
I was laughing my ass off.
Shall I tell him to call you?

Sorry diamond, but if you have 3 banks that can do this, then why are you asking us?

He said he had it on a 20 yr 2nd at 6.19%... obviously that is a horrible rate for a no doc 2nd. He should be able to get 4.25% right now, I guess. lol

Charter One doesn't do anything wholesale any more, they shut that division down months ago. Even when they did it, there was not a "no doc" program.

B of A does not do any no doc loans, If you have a good credit score, they will go stated, (they call it "rapid"). But require verified employment just like other stated programs.

I just closed (two) no docs line of credits done on non-owners.
That was retail, through BofA.
Five minute process and bang, docs in a week.
Thay didn't ask or verify (from my knowledge) anything.
